What data we collect

When you submit a service request, we collect: full name, email address, phone (optional), company (optional), the services you selected and the details you provide. No other data is collected anywhere else on the site.

Why we collect it

This information is used solely to qualify your request and to let someone in the department concerned get back to you. It is never sold, and never used for advertising.

Where and how it is stored

Requests are stored in the NERA PULSE Supabase database, protected by access rules (row level security): a request can be submitted from the site, but reading it is restricted to authorised staff of the department concerned.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle it, then archived to follow the commercial relationship, unless you ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@nerapulse.fr.

Staff area

Staff with an account on the internal area have their professional data (name, email, country, department) processed solely to administer their access and to route requests.
