This document must be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication, in particular regarding the contracting entity and the governing law.

This English text is provided for information only. The French version is the binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of nerapulse.fr, published by NERA PULSE: browsing the presentation content, exploring the departments and moving on to the QUICK and NERA ICA platforms, and submitting service requests online.

Access to the site

The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. NERA PULSE does its best to keep the site available, without guaranteeing continuous access or the absence of errors.

Service requests

Submitting a request through a department form commits neither the user nor NERA PULSE beyond the contact that follows. Every request receives a qualified response from someone in the department concerned, within an indicative 48 hours. No assignment, no contractual commitment and no invoicing follows from the submission alone. Assignment, commitment and invoicing are the subject of a separate discussion and agreement.

The information you provide (identity, contact details, description of your need) must be accurate and given in good faith. See the privacy policy for how that data is handled.

Third-party platforms referenced

The Outsourced Human Resources and Internal Audit & Performance Management departments operate their own platforms (QUICK and NERA ICA respectively). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, separate from these.

Intellectual property

The content of this site is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Changes to these terms

NERA PULSE may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
